We’re hiring: IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and keeping daily IT operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues
• Assist with laptop/desktop setup, account provisioning, and system configuration
• Support IT asset tracking and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for issue resolution
• Ensure timely response and resolution of support tickets

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or technical support
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple support requests
