US Registered Nurse Quality Analyst (USRN QA)
Location: Pasig City (Onsite)Shift: Night Shift
Salary: PHP 85,000 – 87,000 + 10% Night Differential
Qualifications- Active USRN License (New York License preferred)
- At least 2 years of Quality Analyst experience in a US Healthcare BPO environment
- Experience in call auditing, ensuring compliance with call quality guidelines, providing coaching and feedback, and maintaining quality standards
- Strong US Healthcare background is required
- OR at least 2 years of SME experience with responsibilities in auditing, coaching, and providing performance feedback
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills
- Amenable to work 100% onsite in Pasig City
- Willing to work on a Night Shift
- Conduct quality audits and evaluate customer interactions based on established guidelines.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve agent performance.
- Ensure compliance with client quality standards and healthcare regulations.
- Identify performance trends and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with Operations and Training teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
