The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the clinical spa, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent client service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high operational standards while creating a positive and professional environment for both patients and employees.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and organised workflow.
• Monitor inventory of supplies, coordinate orders, and ensure the clinical spa is fully equipped.
• Ensure adherence to clinical spa policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Educating potential clients on our services and packages.
• Handle front desk duties such as enquiries and walk ins.
• Take photos on activities in the spa for social media posting.
• Ensure that all clients receive professional, warm, and efficient service from check-in to check-out.
• Address operational issues promptly and implement solutions to avoid disruptions.

1. Staff Supervision & Development

• Lead and guide staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations for continuous improvement.

1. Aesthetic Doctor Support & Coordination

• Coordinate with aesthetic doctor regarding treatment schedules, patient flow, and clinical spa needs.
• Ensure aesthetic doctor receives the support required for efficient client care.

1. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales reports, payments, billing, and financial documentation.
• Monitor spa performance metrics.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management team.
• Ensure proper handling of petty cash, reimbursements, and spa expenses.

1. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure the clinical spa complies with health and safety regulations, government requirements, and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the spa premises.
• Manage and document incident reports when necessary.

1. Other Responsibilities:

• Represent the clinical spa during mall management meeting/s when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinical spa’s success and operational goals.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spa or healthcare management, with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data, manage operations, and drive business performance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with respect for hierarchy and clinical governance.
• Can start immediately.

• Experience in facial treatments, lasers, body contouring, or skin tightening procedures.
• Willingness to learn advanced treatments and adapt to evolving clinical spa protocols.
