Your Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the overall health, performance, and tracking accuracy of digital campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in analyzing results, optimizing strategies, and delivering actionable insights that drive client success.This role is best suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to continuously improve campaign performance.
What You’ll Do- Manage and take ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and strong performance across Programmatic, Paid Social, and PPC campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Account Managers to execute optimization strategies and achieve campaign KPIs
- Perform thorough pre-launch and post-launch checks to ensure campaign accuracy and minimize errors
- Proactively monitor campaigns to identify risks or performance issues and communicate insights in a timely manner
- Prepare performance reports, highlighting results, key wins, and actionable recommendations for scaling campaigns
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analysis, or media buying support
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, MediaMath)
- Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Close attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Open to undergraduates who meet the required skill set
- Willing to work night shifts and must have a reliable internet connection for a remote work setup
