Job Description:

Your work will directly impact our project planning, budgeting, and overall financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources.
• Analyze and compare bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Maintain and update cost databases and historical cost data.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and presentations for clients.
• Track and report on project costs and financial performance.
• Check and analyze material requests and consumptions on site.
• Material Clearance, Engineering Clearance and Variation Works Clearance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in estimation software, Google Sheet and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations focusing on TELECOM/POWER/CIVIL Works projects.
