Junior Business Analyst (AU IT Services, Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a support-oriented or junior project role within a relevant field.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about print environments, products, and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Exposure to Power BI or Power Apps.
- Interest in developing an understanding of financial concepts such as P&Ls (Profit and Loss statements).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical/analytical skills.
- With support, able to create value from data.
- Ability to evaluate and compare options and assist with solution recommendations under supervision.
- Basic ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and approachable way.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates organizational skills and the ability to manage delivery of individual tasks
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to documenting basic business or technical requirements is advantageous.
- General understanding or interest in the print industry is desirable.
- Assist in designing services and workflows with guidance from senior team members, ensuring they address key customer requirements.
- Support the sales team by contributing to the development of fit-for-purpose service solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand customer business needs and help deliver solutions that align with their goals.
- Keep stakeholders informed on project progress and escalate any issues to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Work towards building a reputation as a trusted advisor through consistent and effective communication with internal customers.
- Help manage internal customer expectations, ensuring clear agreements and specific actions are defined in collaboration with senior team members.
- Accurately document solutions, workflows, and actions in line with company standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to define tasks and help deliver project outputs on time and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Complete basic project and time reporting and flag any significant deviations to managers.
