• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Interest in engineering technology, BIM, and digital construction
• Willing to learn and work directly with clients
• Knowledge of Tekla Structures and relevant industry standard analysis software is a strong advantage
