Multimedia Designer

This full-time, hybrid position requires a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to bring our brand to life through visuals, videos, graphics, and interactive experiences. The Multimedia Designer will work collaboratively across teams to produce engaging content that supports our marketing and branding goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and design visually appealing multimedia content, including videos, graphics, presentations, and interactive experiences making sure concepts and designs stay up-to-date on the latest trends in multimedia design, technology, and the beauty and lifestyle industry.
• Video and Audio Production: Plan, film, edit, incorporate sound effects, music, and voiceovers, produce high-quality video content for various platforms including product demos, BTS glimpses, tutorials, and promotional videos while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.
• Graphic Design: Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, shopping platform banners, and email templates while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.
• Photography and Editing: Capture and edit high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials and online platforms while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.
• Content Management: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring they are properly tagged, stored, and easily accessible.
• Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand and manage multiple project requirements and deadlines. Ensure that multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Software Proficiency: Maintain proficiency in relevant multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other related tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in multimedia design or related field
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro etc.
• Has experience with video editing and motion graphics software
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for design and a desire to create innovative and impactful work
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity
• Willing to work in Cavite
• Can start ASAP

• Working location: Imus, Cavite (hybrid setup).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
