Store Crew

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with store operations, cashiering, and inventory management
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Help with inventory and other daily store operations.

• Open to High School, Senior High School, Vocational, or College Graduates (College graduates preferred for future leadership and promotion paths).
• Open to working shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Any previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail is preferred but not required.

Shift Leader

• Supervise daily shift operations, assign tasks, and keep the store clean, organized, and compliant.
• Guide, train, and support store crew on operational procedures, safety rules, and daily duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service, assist the floor team, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Oversee accurate cash handling, POS sales reconciliation, and daily sales report preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure well-stocked shelves, and coordinate stock replenishment with the Store Leader.

• Graduate of any 4-year course with at least 6 months of experience in retail, FMCG, fast food (QSR), convenience stores, or customer service industry.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, reliable, and good at handling team tasks.
• Experience with cash handling, shift scheduling, or basic store operations.

Store Leader

• Lead customer service standards and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train, mentor, and motivate store crew to achieve sales targets and handle daily duties.
• Execute store strategies, promotions, and displays to drive foot traffic and profitability.
• Oversee inventory monitoring, store administration, sales reporting, and budget tracking.
• Ensure full store compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations.

• Graduate of any 4-year course with 1 year experience in retail, FMCG, fast food (QSR), convenience stores, or customer service industry.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to run store operations smoothly.
• Great customer service mindset, trustworthy, and results-driven.
• Basic background in managing sales, store budgets, and inventory.
