DPP Engineering Materials Storekeeper

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and issue Receiving Report / GRPO to suppliers upon receipt of deliveries.
• Scan or input delivery and withdrawal transactions into the WMS system.
• Ensure on-time and correct encoding of transactions.
• Receive deliveries and verify the quality, quantity, and condition of goods.
• Check goods against purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Supervisor or Purchasing Team.
• Organize and store goods in designated pallet location following the FIFO system.
• Ensure items are stored safely, labeled properly, and protected from damage or contamination.
• Prepare and issue materials to Engineering personnel.
• Ensure all items are correct based on the submitted MCF.
• Participate in regular inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of goods to prevent accidents or damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
• Ensure the warehouse complies with health and safety regulations.

• Amenable to work in pulilan, bulacan

Job Qualifications:

Experience: Experience in warehouse or storekeeping is preferred but not required

Special Skills:

1. Knowledge of Inventory management systems and warehouse safety procedures
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Physical Ability to lift and more heavy items when necessary
4. Basic Computer Skills
5. Good Communication and teamwork Skills.
