Procurement & Warehouse Manager - Urdaneta - ref. h90243515

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring efficient and organized warehouse operations.

This position is ideal for someone with strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and experience managing supply chains in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory forecasts
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand material and supply needs

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
• Design and implement inventory control systems and warehouse layout
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety and compliance standards are met

• Design and implement operational strategies, systems, and SOPs to support the startup’s supply chain growth
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and standardize procurement and inventory workflows
• Collaborate with leadership to align procurement and warehousing plans with broader business goals

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, warehouse management, or supply chain
• Proven ability to set up or optimize procurement and warehousing systems
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to process improvement
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing business is a plus
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing company
