The role likewise, involves overseeing sales administration, customer relations, promotions, and budgets for the Visayas Region market.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related course
• Ten (10) years of progressive experience in sales and marketing management, with a minimum of five years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in market research, sales strategy development, and budget management
• Familiar in contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and developing sales programs across multiple product lines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
• Cebu based but willing to travel to Manila for official business trips on a regular basis
• Filipino candidates only
