JOB SUMMARY:
The Software Developer 2 position requires the employee to independently design, develop, and maintain software applications. This role includes mentoring junior developers and taking on more complex tasks that require solid technical knowledge and experience.The role requires taking ownership of specific system features or modules and actively contributing to design and architectural discussions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop complex software applications.
- Write, test, and deploy scalable, efficient code.

- Mentorship: Quality and impact of mentorship provided to junior developers.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
