Job Summary

We are a growing e-commerce brand seeking a Remote Administrative & Customer Service Specialist who shares our commitment to delivering excellent customer experience. This is a fully remote role where candidates can operate within the same timezone (GMT+8)

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries across email, live chat and social media DMs to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and team members to resolve customer requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner
  • Support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks as assigned, including reviewing orders for errors or discrepancies and preparing documentation for the fulfilment team's reference
  • Manage customer recovery processes and follow-ups to enhance satisfaction and retain customer relationships
  • Monitor and maintain accurate customer records, contact information, and order data across Shopify and relevant platforms
  • Prepare, process, and track documentation, reports, and other administrative materials as required
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate feedback to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
  • Min. Experience Level: 2-3 Years
  • Min. Education Level: Diploma and Above
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
  • Experience in Remote Work
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
