Mixologist/Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Mocktail & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages including mocktails, specialty coffee, tea, and signature drinks. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages according to recipes and brand standards
• Menu Innovation & R&D: Collaborate with the culinary and barista team to develop seasonal mocktail menus and new drink offerings. Research flavor trends and craft unique beverages that appeal to diverse customer preferences
• Customer Experience: Engage customers warmly and professionally, taking and preparing customized drink orders. Answer customer inquiries about ingredients and preparation methods
• Bar Setup & Cleanliness: Ensure the beverage bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized before, during, and after each shift. Maintain proper sanitation of bar tools, glassware, and work areas at all times
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Practice portion control and limit waste to help manage beverage costs.
• Coordination & Support: Work closely with front-of-house, kitchen, and barista teams to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Assist with opening and closing duties as required
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as set by the company and health authorities
