Claims Staff

• Manage claims involving damage to company facilities and coordinate with responsible parties to secure appropriate compensation.
• Prepare and send claim letters, supporting documents, and other necessary communications to involved parties.
• Attend coordination meetings and discussions with damagers, contractors and government offices for claim settlement.
• Act as a point of contact for external parties regarding claims coordination and resolution.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of claim documents, communications and settlement progress.
• Monitor the claims process, ensuring proper follow-up, timely updates, and completion of required actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to support claims assessment and resolution.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1-3 years of related experience (infrastructure, telecommunication, cost estimation, claims coordination, documentation management) is an advantage.
• Candidates with strong communication skills, willingness to
