About the Role
Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced FMCG Business Commercial Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on leading and delivering commercial projects within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, driving business growth, operational efficiency, and strong commercial performance.The role will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
What You’ll Do- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business goals in the FMCG sector
- Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting)
- Analyze FMCG market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Improve commercial processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and performance
- Prepare and present project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- At least 5+ years of experience in commercial project management within the FMCG industry
- Strong background in FMCG commercial operations (Sales, Marketing, Trade, and/or Supply Chain)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
