Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to standard procedure/recipe.
  • Ensuring that food is prepared and coked to the correct specifications.
  • Following food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Keeping the work station clean and organized.
  • Communicating with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked in a timely manner.
  • Assists in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Senior Highschool or any equivalent.
  • No experience is required.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • With food safety training will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
