Data Engineer (Oracle, ETL, ERP Integration)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and manage data pipelines and warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Oracle, ETL processes, and ERP/finance data integration, and is comfortable working with large datasets and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
- Work with stakeholders to integrate ERP and finance/accounting data
- Create and manage PL/SQL scripts and SQL queries
- Perform data modeling (dimensional models such as star/snowflake schema)
- Implement REST API integrations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
- 5+ years experience in Data Warehousing, ETL, or Data Engineering
- Strong expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and dimensional data modeling
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (ODI, Alteryx, Azure Data Factory, or similar)
- Experience integrating ERP and finance/accounting systems
- Hands-on experience with REST API integration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with Azure SQL Database
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Familiarity with PySpark
- Experience with S3 or other object storage platforms
Ideal Candidate
Candidates with combined experience in Oracle + ETL + ERP/Finance data integration will be highly preferred.
