Site engineer (telecom)

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors college degree, Engineering (Civil,EE, ECE) or equivalent.
2. With 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
3. Preferably can drive Manual Transmission/Automatic Transmission (MT/AT) and has a driver's license.
4. Has a background knowledge in Telecom towers, facilities, and troubleshooting.
5. Problem solving, analytical skill, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
6. Intermediate level on using basic management tools
7. Good Communication skills
8. Goal Driven, Self-starter, Tech Savvy, Team Player

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Project Lead in coordinating project management activities to track build progress, including documents, and all pertinent project data.
• Creates and maintains project documentations and reports/dashboards, working with Project Leads and Project Management Office (PMOs) for timely updates and callouts.
• Attends project meetings with internal domain resources, third party vendors, and other concerned parties (Lessor, Local Government Unit (LGU), Utility Providers, etc.)
• Attends the strategy discussions, sprint planning, sprint review meetings and retrospectives.
• Using necessary tools to process project requirements, including gathering of details, filing, facilitate approval and endorsement to stakeholders.
• Supports issue resolution, site outage clearing, and troubleshooting activities pertaining to structural, electrical and electronics engineering works.
• Facilitate on the creation of site access requirements, approvals and endorsement.
• Review and endorsement of Acceptance documents.
• Project documents consolidation for handover and transport to stakeholders.
• Regularly visit project sites to conduct inspection and validation of vendor/subcon activities and output (validation is in accordance to client’s engineering standards).
• Creates reports of on-site validation performed.
• Performs oversight of vendor/subcon activities on-site as necessary. Activities may include; structural, civil, electrical and/or electronics engineering works.
• Site inspection (cabin, excavation, Outdoor Unit (ODU pad), tower, cable ladder, Manual Transfer Switch/Manual Circuit Breaker (MTS/MCB), Alternating Current Power Distribution Box (ACPDB), Cable Entrance Facilities (CEF), rebar, concrete pouring, backfilling, and other material/supply/equipment in the site.
• Technical activities; ground testing, power testing, troubleshooting, support during integration, acceptance, transport/OSP activities, location and power survey (as needed), other technical activities supporting build.
• On ground representative of the build program to external stakeholders.
• Documentation/site key turnover.
• Punch list rectification monitoring, Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC), Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) and Handover to Stakeholders
• Provides logistics and administrative support as needed.
• Act as vendor’s quality assurance and quality control

• Any related BAU tasks that the Project Lead/Team Lead requires
