We are looking for a Treasurer to oversee our company’s financial management. This position is strictly for non-stockholders and requires proficiency in Mandarin and Taiwanese to communicate effectively with our Taiwan and Philippines branches.

• To keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in the books of the corporation;
• To have custody of, and the responsible for, all the funds, securities and bonds of the corporation;
• To deposit in the name and to the credit of the corporation, in such bank as may be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors, all the moneys, funds, securities, bonds and similar valuable effects belonging to the corporation which may come under his control;
• To render an annual statements showing the financial condition of the corporation and such other financial reports as the Board of Directors, or the President may, from time to time require;
• To prepare such financial reports, statements, certifications and other documents which may, from time to time, be required by the government rules and regulations and to submit the same to the proper government agencies.
• To exercise such powers and perform such duties and functions as may be assigned to him by the President.

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business, management, or any bachelor’s degree.
• Any related trainings/license is a plus
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• With strong decision-making ability
• Able to communicate with Taiwan and Philippines branch
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Taiwanese (spoken and written)
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems, and develop effective solution and strategies.
• At Least Ten (10) Years Work Experience Of Related Field
• Must be formally appointed by the Board of Directors, ensuring that the candidate aligns with the company’s

vision, values, and long-term goals.
