General Accounting Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Summary:

The General Accounting Supervisor is responsible for analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, and preparing budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and processing invoices
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing refunds
• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology
• Must have experience in general accounting experience preferably in the manufacturing/produce business
• Demonstrate good work paper and analytical techniques
• Able to communicate financial information
• Thorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, systems and procedures
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Multi-task with parallel deadlines
