Product Designer

Cebu Ricordi Inc is searching for a creative and motivated Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing new novelty products that align with our brand’s vision.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of passion for unique and playful designs, and experience working on a variety of product types, from toys and gadgets to home goods and fashion accessories.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate creative and original product ideas that fit within the company’s novelty product range.
• Create detailed product designs, including sketches, 3D models, prototypes, and production-ready specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers to select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and feasibility.
• Stay current on market trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain fresh, relevant, and competitive.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to bring designs from concept to market.
• Develop prototypes using a variety of methods, including 3D printing, hand crafting, or working with external prototyping vendors.
• Ensure that products meet quality, safety, and functionality standards by overseeing testing and making design improvements as necessary.
• Prepare and present design concepts to the head designer, and management team for review and feedback.
• Ensure all products align with the company’s brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, or any related field.
• Ability to think outside the box and create designs that are innovative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proactive problem solver who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
