About the Role
Join a growing restaurant group as a Finance & Cost Accounting Manager, where you'll oversee financial costing, inventory management, margin analysis, and financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities- Lead cost accounting and inventory reporting.
- Perform profitability and margin analysis.
- Monitor food cost performance.
- Develop cost-saving initiatives.
- Support budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls.
- Collaborate with Operations and Procurement.
- Review standard costing methodologies.
- Improve reporting processes.
- Manage the finance team.
- CPA required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- 8+ years accounting experience.
- Restaurant, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing experience.
- Strong leadership and business partnering skills.
