Engineering manager

Job Description

• Teach staff how to use, operate and troubleshoot equipment/machine.
• Tracks equipment quality and makes recommendation on product alternative with minimal costing but deliver high-performance.
• Conducts performance evaluation that are timely and constructive.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the machines and equipment, reviewing its licenses and services agreements.
• Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of machines/equipment.
• Collaborates with other appropriate management staff to prepare and implement budget.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Management experience both in Japan and other country.
• Over 5-year experience related medical product production.
• Familiar with ISO13485, 9001 and 14001.
• Must be proficient in speaking, writing and reading Japanese and English Language.
• Must haves excellent critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making skills, with an emphasis on being proactive management skill, human skill and technical skill.
