• Conduct targeted outbound lead generation campaigns through multiple channels including phone and LinkedIn
• Identify and connect with qualified prospects within specific market segments
• Schedule and secure meetings with decision-makers
• Maintain organized records of all outreach activities and results
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach
• Meet or exceed monthly meeting booking targets

• Previous experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
• Experience with cold calling and professional phone communication
