- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years Team Leader experience in a BPO setting
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Results-driven with a focus on quality and customer experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
