Quality Assurance Analyst/Staff (BS Food Technology)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inline Inspection- CGMP’s monitoring.
- Inspection of product’s parameters (weight, packaging, labels, particle size).
- Investigation of non-conformance for product quality issues and food safety issues.
- Check manufacturing processes and ensure compliance according to ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 Version 6.0, and HALAL.
- Incoming raw materials (sugar, others materials, packaging materials, and pre-samples.
- Outgoing finished goods, pre-sample testing, raw materials, packaging materials, pre-samples report, non-conformance (NQD) report, validation of returns and rejects of finished goods and raw materials, and product sample retention monitoring.
- Micro for monthly stability.
- Outgoing finished goods testing.
- Incoming raw material/packaging material/chemicals.
- Pre-samples report, non-conformance (NQD) report.
- COA of product deliveries.
- Monthly allergen monitoring, quarterly sensory evaluation.
- NQD of production and material receiving.
- Summarized product retention for storage, and monthly microbial testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or any food related course.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance gained in manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity in Quality Assurance procedures and tools.
