Sr. Recruitment Manager | Talent Delivery Operations Manager

What You'll Own
Pipeline Management- Oversee all active recruitment pipelines — ensure nothing stalls or falls through the cracks
- Monitor daily movement across sourcing, screening, interview, and submission stages
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines
- Enforce consistent processes across sourcing, screening, and candidate submission
- Ensure recruiters follow templates, sequences, and automation workflows
- Maintain quality control on all candidate submissions before they reach clients
- Keep ATS/CRM data accurate — proper tagging, notes, and pipeline updates
- Deliver daily reports on pipeline movement, risks, and blockers
- Track key metrics: time-to-submit, submission-to-interview ratio, recruiter capacity
- Align recruiters, sourcers, and business development on priorities
- Facilitate handoffs between team members to avoid delays
- Escalate issues to the Delivery Manager before small problems become big ones
- Ensure timely communication with candidates at every stage
- Maintain professional, consistent touchpoints throughout the process
- Manage clean handoffs between internal teams and clients

Who You Are
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years in recruitment operations, coordination, or team lead roles (agency, RPO, or BPO background preferred)
- Strong ATS/CRM experience (Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, JobAdder, or similar)
- Proficient in workflow tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion)
- Process-driven mindset — you love structure, checklists, and operational rhythm
- Detail-oriented — nothing slips past you; you catch errors before they escalate
- Strong communicator — comfortable managing distributed teams and escalating issues clearly
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience managing 5–10 recruiters or coordinating multi-role pipelines
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting dashboards
- Background in MSP, RPO, or high-volume recruitment environments
