INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (IE) STAFF

Job Summary:

Responsible for improving production efficiency, analyzing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing manpower, materials, and methods to achieve productivity and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
• Prepare and update standard work instructions and process flows
• Monitor line efficiency, output, and manpower utilization
• Support production in balancing workloads and line design
• Identify waste and implement cost reduction initiatives
• Assist in capacity planning and production layout improvements
• Generate reports on productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments for process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (or experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge in time study, line balancing, and process improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis is a plus)
• Familiarity with Automotive or Manufacturing principles is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
