Sourcing Specialist (Onsite – BGC, Midshift 2:30 PM)
Department: Talent Acquisition / HRReports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to support hiring requirements across different roles. This position focuses on proactive sourcing, talent pipeline building, and candidate engagement to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.Works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment needs.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in sourcing or recruitment (preferred)
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work onsite in BGC
- Willing to work midshift (starting 2:30 PM)
- Organized and able to handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Source and identify qualified candidates for open roles
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS or database
- Support bulk hiring and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure timely endorsement of candidates
- Help improve sourcing strategies and processes
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
