Job Summary:

Your role will be instrumental in safeguarding our company's reputation, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting our growth while maintaining the highest standards of ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on industry-specific regulations, legislation, and standards of FDA and other Governmental Bodies.
• Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory framework governing our business products.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
• Identify and obtain all required permits, licenses, and certifications for our business operations.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive permit and license tracking system and ensure timely renewals and updates of permits and licenses.
• Maintain accurate and organized records related to permits, licenses, and compliance activities.
• Ensure documentation is readily accessible for inspections and audits.

Competencies:

• Preferably a Registered Pharmacist.
• Proven experience in regulatory and compliance roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of FDA and other Governmental Bodies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
