Position: Senior Java Developer
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines (Hybrid Setup)

Shift: Mid Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with at least 5 years of Java development experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications while ensuring high-quality code, application performance, and continuous service improvements.

This role also involves technical leadership, customer interaction, mentoring team members, and participating in project planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Develop REST APIs and Full Stack applications using Java technologies.
Perform application analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.
Provide Level 3 application support and resolve production issues.
Work closely with business users, QA teams, project managers, and developers.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and project planning.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain project deliverables.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course.

Minimum *5 years of experience** as a Java Developer.

Strong experience in application development, maintenance, and production support.
Experience in application analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
