Marketing manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales targets.
• Strengthen company's brand positioning as a trusted and premium catering partner for corporate and social events.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, platforms, and client touchpoints.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Marketing Team to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Drive marketing campaigns that convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Styling, and Operations teams to promote event packages, venue partnerships, and new service offerings.
• Manage digital marketing platforms, including social media, website, online advertising, and content marketing.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
• Lead marketing initiatives for partnerships, fairs, promotions, and brand activations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of website management and lead conversion
• Good leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and creative thinking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools/software
• Willingness to work flexible/event-based schedules
• Purely on site
