Education/Experience

At least 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager, preferably in a casual restaurant setting, although QSR/Cafe is also accepted.

College Graduate in Food Service or Business Management or related course.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading, inspiring and developing a high performing team who is geared toward the company’s mission of providing an exceptional and memorable dining experience.

He/She is responsible for achieving the highest levels of Food Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Condition and Food Safety and Sanitation Standards; attainment of the restaurant’s sales and profitability targets and consistent and accurate implementation of all store operating systems and standards and government regulations and requirements through a highly motivated and competent team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities
  • Actively leads and guides the Restaurant Management Team to achieve robust overall store performance. Guides and monitors the management team in the development and implementation of their specific operational plans and requirements.
  • Inspire, leads and guides team to achieve the highest level of Food Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Condition and Food Safety and Sanitation.
  • Develops and implements planto build store sales, achieve sales targets and restaurant awareness in the community. Constantly aware of business opportunities and market competitive situation and generates ideas to address these.
  • Achieves profit, cost and productivity targets. Able to analyze and identify profit leaks in operation and leads the team in resolving concerns and improving operations
  • Leads and motivates the store team. Manages all people processes from staff hiring and selection, staff scheduling, performance management and appraisal, training and development, motivation and discipline.
  • Trains, coaches and develops Managers to achieve high level of competence and prepare them for higher responsibilities.
  • Ensures that all administrative requirements of operations are correctly and accurately implemented by the team including all operational standards and procedures.
  • Ensures that all store safety and all security and cash control guidelines are implemented at all times.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Completes other tasks assigned by superior.
