Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:

The Accounting Assistant supports the accounting and finance department by performing clerical tasks, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with basic bookkeeping functions. This role ensures accuracy in financial documentation and compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates (preferably)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
