The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Virtual Marketing Admin Assistant & Social Media Manager looking to join a dynamic, growing company?
Live Services Group, an Australia-based business, is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organised individual to support our digital marketing initiatives and administrative operations. This is a remote contract role, with potential for long-term engagement and growth within our fast-paced and expanding team.
In addition to supporting Live Services Group, the successful will also assist with marketing and coordination for Skid for a Cause — a partner charity initiative that organises and participates in motorsport events such as drifting competitions and car shows, raising funds for selected charities.Experience in graphic design, merchandising, and event coordination is highly regarded for this aspect of the role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute the company’s social media marketing strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google platforms
- Design and produce visually appealing marketing materials and content, including social media graphics, flyers, banners, and event collateral
- Create and schedule engaging social media content to boost brand visibility and audience engagement
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments and DMs, and report on performance metrics
- Assist with a range of admin tasks including email management, document preparation, and calendar coordination
- Support the marketing and operations teams with ad-hoc projects, including event support and merchandising for Skid for a Cause
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, including graphic assets, paid ads, content planning, and reporting
- Manage and execute the company’s social media marketing strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google platforms
- Design and produce visually appealing marketing materials and content, including social media graphics, flyers, banners, and event collateral
- Create and schedule engaging social media content to boost brand visibility and audience engagement
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments and DMs, and report on performance metrics
- Communicate with suppliers and clients via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with a range of admin tasks including email management, document preparation, and calendar coordination
- Support the marketing and operations teams with ad-hoc projects, including event support and merchandising for Skid for a Cause
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, including graphic assets, paid ads, content planning, and reporting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a virtual marketing, graphic design, or social media management role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content strategy
- Proven experience in graphic design using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and communicate confidently with clients and suppliers
- Proficiency in using Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience or interest in event coordination and merchandising is a plus
