IT Support Staff
As our IT Operations Support, you will be involved in the operations and maintenance of various systems and solutions, inside and outside the company. Your responsibility is to make sure everything works smoothly, and will continue to work smoothly.
You will also dabble in QA on one of our exciting projects from time to time. You will work alongside a skillful and passionate team and help deliver world class applications.
You will participate and drive the following initiatives:
- Provisioning and maintenance (routine health checks) of servers and network infrastructures.
- Legislating IT administrative policy
- Automating manual processes
- Exploring relevant technology to advance the company's way of doing things.
In order to succeed in this job, you must have:
- Expertise in Windows, Mac and command line Linux
- Experience in automation and scripting
- Strong understanding of IT and programming concepts, networking and web technologies
- Good project and time management skills
- Good grasp of QA process
Although not a requirement, it would be great if you also have:
- Experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in system administration
- Experience in automation using Python

This position is going to be mostly a remote working setup, we are also looking for those who have strong written communication skills, and have the right equipment to be productive and efficient remotely. We might also require you to come to our office from time to time.
