Oversees the daily food manufacturing operations—managing staff, monitoring

schedules, ensuring food safety compliance, and optimizing production performance across shifts and teams.

Plan production schedules and coordinate daily/weekly orders to meet output and demand targets.
Oversee equipment usage and preventive maintenance; ensure safety and

operational readiness.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong understanding of food safety systems:
Good in oral and written Chinese and English communications skills
Proficiency with production planning, yield control, inventory management, and ERP or MS
