Qualifications/Requirements
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the work of the warehouse team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Provide training and development opportunities to the warehouse team to build their skills and knowledge
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, space utilization, and workflow optimization
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technologies
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practice.
- Willing to be assigned in SM City Consolacion, Consolacion, Cebu.
