VidaXL just built their start-up inhouse call center hub here in the Philippines and we’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about recruitment and have experience handling end-to-end hiring processes—especially within the BPO sector
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to job offer
- Understand role requirements through close collaboration with internal and client-side hiring managers
- Write, post, and manage job ads across multiple platforms, ensuring they are attractive and relevant
- Contribute to process enhancements, recruitment strategy updates, and better candidate experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any Human Resouces course
- At least 3 years experience as talent acquisition.
- Knowledgeable in handling end to end process of recruitment
Location: Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 3
Shift: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
