We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Compliance Analyst to support regulatory and compliance functions across the client's organization. This role is ideal for someone with a high level of accuracy and professionalism who can help ensure the business remains aligned with industry regulations and internal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits, filings, and regulatory submissions
• Review internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and support compliance initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and regulatory correspondence
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support the development and maintenance of internal compliance programs and training

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory bodies and requirements is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
