About the role
We are looking for a Licensed Pharmacist to join our team at the RafaeLab Medical & Wellness Center in Taal, Batangas. As our Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical care to our clients.This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, as well as providing education and support to our patients.
What you'll be doing- Reviewing and dispensing prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
- Providing education to patients to promote understanding and adherence
- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Maintaining appropriate inventory and stock levels of medications and supplies
- Staying up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical knowledge, regulations, and best practices
- Ensuring the pharmacy operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- A licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, medication management, and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, doctors, and colleagues
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety
- A passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care
