Role: Legal Admin Assistant
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Philippines - Cloudstaff Branches (Pampanga/Makati/Ortigas/Tarlac/Cebu/Davao)

Schedule: Morning shift

Daily responsibilities:

  • Preparing new client files – opening matters
  • Saving, splitting and renaming documents using our PDF program Kofax
  • Document Management - Filing correspondence and documents in our electronic file and naming them in accordance with our naming convention
  • Updating client details in our system
  • Closing and archiving files
  • Preparing and editing documents and correspondence (e.g. our client service agreements)
  • Preparing invoices
  • Ad-hoc administration duties

Qualification and requirements:

Experience required:

  • A degree or relevant experience working in a legal firm would be highly regarded but not essential
  • Good English communication – both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to work independently
