Driver (Service Department) - Quezon City

This role is critical in ensuring seamless service operations and excellent customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport service technicians and necessary tools/equipment to job sites.
• Assist technicians with loading/unloading tools and materials as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatch or service coordinators for daily route planning.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
• Ensure timely arrival at customer sites while strictly observing traffic and road safety laws.
• Handle customer interactions courteously and professionally while on-site.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and vehicle condition checklists.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents to the immediate superior.
• Support technicians during on-site service calls when required (e.g., handing over tools, basic site prep).
• Perform other tasks or errands assigned by the supervisor to support service operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate (Automotive or related is a plus).
• Must hold a valid Professional Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience (preferably in a service or field operations environment).
• Strong knowledge of local traffic rules and road networks.
• Physically fit and willing to assist in minor field support duties.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with customers and team members politely and respectfully.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or travel to remote sites as needed.
