Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Site Project Manager to oversee and implement assigned projects, ensuring alignment with engineering standards, project goals, and client expectations. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage daily site operations while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

• Project Oversight: Lead and implement assigned projects on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to approved specifications, standards, and project objectives.
• Site Operations Management: Plan, manage, and supervise daily site activities, including coordination with site engineers and subcontractors.
• Design Implementation: Execute the Project Detailed Design in line with approved engineering specifications and standards.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones; provide weekly status reports.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project-related challenges in real-time to minimize delays and risks.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing weekly updates and addressing project concerns.
• Reporting: Present weekly project status and overall progress reports to ANI Management.
• Resource & Risk Management: Control and allocate project resources effectively while implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide assistance and support to clients after project completion.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all project work meets established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
