Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, setting clear goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Qualifications:
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in a customer experience or technology environment.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical concepts and systems
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.
