The Head of Commercial & Digital Excellence internally referred the Commercial & Digital Excellence Chapter Lead (CDECL), drives commercial success and digital excellence across Roche's strategic portfolio. In this role you will lead and develop high performing commercial enablers and patient journey partners within the healthcare ecosystem to maximize profitability and revenue, aligned with Roche's global strategy and vision.You'll ensure seamless access to Roche's innovations in the Philippine affiliate through comprehensive business solutions, including digital integration and key account management.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Commercial & Digital Excellence Chapter Lead, you will demonstrate innovation and set impulses. In this role, you will be responsible for: Patient Shaping Journey
- Develop and manage the overall patient journey strategy for the Philippine affiliate, integrating external insights.
- Build partnerships to enhance health systems infrastructure and improve access to Roche treatments and solutions.
- Coach and support portfolio and finance management across disease areas to build expertise.
- Drive digital marketing strategy while identifying new growth opportunities through marketplace analysis.
- Execute disease area and portfolio therapy strategies across multiple strategic networks.
- Develop and implement a key account management framework to build strategic relationships and ensure optimal product access.
- Support PJPs and commercial enablers to cultivate strong relationships with therapeutic areas and stakeholders.
- Establish strategic partnerships to improve patient journeys and resolve ecosystem impediments.
- Shape and execute a digital strategy for seamless omnichannel customer engagement, driving innovative adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design novel engagement solutions and transform HCP and patient experiences.
- Oversee patient support programs to ensure timely and sustained access to treatments and solutions.
- Ensure program effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance the patient experience.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a performance-led and patient-centric culture.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop high-potential employees and ensure strong people engagement aligned with company culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS- 10+ years or equivalent professional experience in commercial operations, marketing, and digital, with a proven track record of progressive leadership within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to engage all levels.
- A proven background of achieving goals in a demanding, fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
- Tenacious, robust, and a strong communicator with an unrelenting passion for continuous improvement and an eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare system, especially a self-pay market, including key stakeholders, regulatory environment, market access dynamics, and local clinical landscape.
- A university degree in life sciences; an MBA or postgraduate business qualifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential.
