Learning and Development Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assists the HR Manager in rolling out HR framework and programs to ensure that all activities and initiatives drive the desired culture of the organization.
2. Conducts annual training and development needs assessment;
3. Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events;
4. Helps ensure talent management and succession planning programs are in place to close the gap between human capital the organization has and the leadership it will eventually lead.
5. Helps oversee the development and execution of programs for acquiring and developing current and future competency needs, and driving a culture of self-driven development, such as, but not limited to individual development planning, competency development, leadership development.
6. Assists in employee engagement and CSR activities.

• At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
• Must be a holder of any Bachelor's Degree (college graduate)
• Computer savvy, lTime management and task management skills; Problem solving and decision-making skills, Presentation and negotiation skills, Mentoring and coaching skills:
• Communication and customer service skills.
