QA Supervisor
The QA Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all operational activities within the branch or assigned area meet the standards set by J&T Express. This includes monitoring cleanliness, equipment functionality, parcel handling, CCTV operations, and overall compliance with company policies and procedures to guarantee high service quality and integrity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facility and Equipment Oversight
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all work areas and branch premises, both inside and outside.
Inspect and ensure that all equipment and tools are functional, maintained, and accounted for.
Coordinate with fixed asset staff to monitor inventory and condition of supplies and equipment.- Parcel and Cash Handling
Supervise the acceptance, counting, and safekeeping of COD (Cash-on-Delivery) remittances from delivery personnel (Sprinters).
Monitor handling of parcels, especially damaged or headless (no label) items, ensuring strict compliance with handling protocols.- Surveillance Monitoring
Conduct daily inspections of CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality and coverage.
Monitor sensitive operations through CCTV, especially during parcel opening and investigation of anomalies.- Compliance and Reporting
Ensure all QA-related procedures are implemented effectively.
Report any violations, operational issues, or process deviations to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to maintain service quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory or QA-related experience in logistics, supply chain, or similar industry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CCTV monitoring tools.
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data integrity.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
